Meet Shotokan Karate-Do Tuusula ry
Founded in 2023, our mission is to combine tradition and innovation, emphasising self defense and self-discovery. Our purpose is to promote sport for children, young people and adults in order to promote well-being by organising teaching in self defense skills / karate. We pride ourselves on inner-development over solely outward display. At Shotokan Karate-Do Tuusula ry, each vigorous hour spent training is seen as an opportunity to build confidence, discipline and both mental and physical strength and well-being.
